Awesomeness!

Christian is my “awesomeness”realtor! After first getting to know me, he had a great “sixth sense” of my likes and dislikes. I was moving into State and needed to make decisions. We looked at several houses and did not find one with my family’s special needs. Normally sales are not conducted this way, but due to me having to go back home to Virginia to finalize move and caring for a family member, Christian was able to keep in touch with me and FaceTime a home he found that met all my wants and wishes. I bought that home! I trusted his keen judgment and finally seeing the home, felt blessed. He was knowledgeable as well with paperwork, procedures, organizing which matter needed attention first and talking with me, especially after hours to answer my questions.
