She was able to answer all of my questions and patiently explain the process from viewing properties to closing and everything in between in laymen's terms. Never had a hard time getting in touch with her. She was always very responsive and went out of her way to work around our schedules for viewings. Doesn't take long for you to figure out that she knows the market like the back of her hand. She took the time to personally run down answers to questions about the properties that we viewed that were not provided in the listings. She even proactively got answers to my "standard" questions before viewings. The best working relationship I've ever had with an agent! I'll definitely call on her again if I ever decide to get back in the market as a buyer or seller.

Janet helped us find a home in a very unique way. We were in Utah- looking to move to Ohio- but would need to purchase without actually seeing the house in person 😵‍💫. Every walk thru was via FaceTime or recorded. Janet would measure rooms, give us her opinion on yards, home improvements needed, and overall vibe of each home. Janet would rearrange her schedule to accommodate the time difference between us and would always make herself available for any Open Houses. So many houses were toured, and Janet was just as excited from the first tour to the last. Not only did Janet make the process relatively easy, it was after a house was decided on and the offer was made- that Janet truly shined. We needed a quick closing, with a very unique loan. We kept hitting road block after road block because of our Loan Officer’s inexperience with handling this type of loan. While driving across the US, I was in tears because things kept getting delayed and the amount of stress I was feeling was overwhelming. When I reached out to Janet to keep her in the loop- she offered a listening ear but then she immediately stepped in and within 24 hours had everything back on track and handled! Her experience cannot be matched and she truly made this season in our life possible.

Kendra is experienced, professional, and goes above and beyond. We moved from out of state, and the transition was very difficult. However, Kendra's help and knowing the in and outs, as well as a good lender etc., has made our family's move much easier than it would have been! She was helpful months before we moved and were ready to buy, answering a LOT of questions. Kendra is quick to respond and inform, and she was not at all pushy to get us to pick something that cost more than we wanted to spend, though we could have. We are not first time home buyers.
