•Juanita was responsive and helpful from the moment we first reached out to her. She helped us as we navigated the home buying process from Pennsylvania and was quick to get out to see houses for virtual tours on our behalf. She also was understanding and flexible to our needs as parents of a toddler and infant. We had the sense that Juanita truly cared about us as a family. One example was how she—unprompted—expressed concerns about how walkable one neighborhood was and that it wouldn't be good for our kids as they got older and were learning to ride a bike. Such attention to detail can't be taken for granted given that other realtors are often simply interested in closing deals. Juanita didn't pressure or rush us and we ended up landing a great house that fits our needs well. Juanita's genuine care for her clients has also manifested post-closing, as she has continued to be responsive and serve as a resource during our transition to the area. Thank you Juanita!
