•This is my second time with Tracy first as buying, and this time of course with selling. Tracy has always allowed me for each process to be COMPLETELY effortless for the buyer/seller which is what most people who aren’t real estate inclined need. If you have questions she answers them if there are bumps in the road she accommodates. During my closing for the house she just recently sold for me, I sat at the table in the executive office as the buyer for my home complained on a soap-box about how their agent was no help at all, and showed very little interest in the process. I just sat there and smiled while listening because Tracy was on my team meaning I never experienced ANY of the issues they were having. All around most professional, down-to-earth, friendly, knowledgeable person in her field. Will be voting her Springfields Best next year. The training she has provided to her team has allowed them to be JUST as helpful as Tracy is in all departments. I cannot wait to see how far she grows and what her future endeavors hold. The ceiling with the Tracy Real Estate team is limitless! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to any buyer/seller whether you’re seasoned or not. They are the people for the job!!
