From the beginning Donna went above and beyond!

As you can imagine, selling/buying a house is a major milestone in life. As a divorced mom selling the family home can be traumatic on the children at any age. I first decided to use Donna when I went to an open house (which I attended many over the years leading up to this decision) Donna was helpful, knowledgeable and generally a pleasant person. It wasn't until maybe a year later I had reached out to ask her to appraise my home. She remembered me immediately and was enthusiastic from the beginning. My daughter was not onboard to say the least , Donna having two children of her own completely understood and somehow won my teenage daughter over with just the right amount of kindness and empathy. Next I had to find a house, while selling mine. Needless to say, my new house was not on schedule. Once again Donna found a way to make all parties happy, and my family had a place to live. Through a seamless transition ,my new house is amazing, many features added during construction (cheaper than after the fact) at the advice of Donna. At the end I had Donna to thank for the celebration of my new home and my old home selling at an amazing price!
