•We had a number of very specific requirements for our forever home, and Carol found the perfect home and property for us! In this difficult, competitive market, her knowledge, judgement and refusal to give up or settle for other than what we wanted allowed us to find this home. There were some crazy circumstances related to the purchase of this home, and Carol navigated us through them wonderfully. We are eternally grateful to Carol, and wish we were in the market to purchase other homes so that we could continue to work with her! She even climbed through the slider window of my truck to unlock a door when I locked my keys inside! What more could you ask from a realtor?
Critical life changing events can be disastrous and emotionally painful in late life. For me, 71, single, no immediate family, leaving my home of 26 years was devastating. The overwhelming sense of nowhere to belong was a constant source of anxiety. Always wondering, "what's next?" Crystal literally held my hand every step of the way right up to finding a wonderful transitional residence for me and helping me move, working hands on every step of the way. Being demanding of self is difficult and others. That mindset precludes intruders. Crystal was kind, reassuring, incredibly knowledgeable, professional on every level and patient beyond human limitations. For anyone to win your heart, especially under extreme pressure, is rare and to be revered. Thank you, Crystal.
Personable, attentive, in tune to the client and very well informed about the area she serves. Her awareness of the individual needs is paramount to finding just the right property for her clients. She is highly motivated, efficient and tireless in her effort to serve the community she lives in.
