•Ms. Cuddy was very professional and patient showing me upwards of 6 properties each day that we went looking. She had contacted the seller/selling realtor at each and every place prior to our visit, had detailed pages and notes to "brief" me prior to each viewing. She offered helpful advice and commentary. Most importantly, she LISTENED to what I was saying I wanted and how I reacted to seeing each property. She helped me to narrow down my search and focus on the aspects that we most important to me, even if I didn't realize what those things were when we started. Ms. Cuddy then was also a helpful and skillful negotiator in our offers (we made several) and her contacts were invaluable in shopping for a loan, inspector, insurance agents to find financial packages. When all was said and done, I bought a beautiful home in the perfect neighborhood at a fantastic price (bank appraisal came in nearly $15k over sale price).
