Exactly today, February 15, marks one year anniversary that my family & I moved to Orlando from New York City & that we met Nany Arroyo in person.She help us purchase our beautiful home while we were still in New York. Her expertise & negotiating abilities through multiple offers in a timely matter made sure we had a smooth transition from state to state & that we were able to have a roof over our heads that now we call home.A few months later she also helped, guide us & advise us on purchasing an investment property. She again used her excellent negotiating abilities, and transparency throughout the process to close the deal. Nany Arroyo is not only an excellent realtor with impeccable values but also a great human being that I’m proud to call my friend!

I worked with many real estate agents before, from over seas, in the state or out of the state of Florida, but non of them are as good as Nani! I was looking for houses around the area, and found a house that I really like through Zillow. Since I don’t have a realtor in Orlando, I decided to schedule the house tour appointment on Zillow. Thanks God, Zillow assigned me to this wonderful amazing woman. I was so lucky to have Nani to represent me, she not only showed me the house, also give me her honest opinions about the house. She wasn’t trying to sells the house to me at all, she was more like a friend walks me through the house and point out things I need to consider. She helped me to find great lenders and made the whole process very simple and clear. Later I found out, she is a very independent working mom. Even when her son was sick, she was still on top of everything and keep me updated daily. She definitely went above and beyond, putting customer first while still be able to manage family and work at the same time. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family, and will continue to work with her and her team in the future! 10 out of 10!!!

Susan was my listing agent 6 years ago and a few months ago she was my agent in the purchase of my new home. I’ve recommended her to several people and they’ve all been just as thrilled as I was. Susan knows her stuff and works hard to get the best deal for her clients. When working with buyers, she comes prepared with an abundance of properties to view and does her research. Once inside she’d point certain things out that I wouldn’t have realized until I was living in the house- things that would have been detrimental- even though she knew it would mean no sale. She truly wants the best for her clients and gives 100%. She worked with my closing agents and insurance agent to help me when I was too busy at work. She’s a great negotiator and was able to get me an extra several thousand dollars off after the inspection. Susan was on top of things throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about Susan. When I was selling my house Susan went out of her way, above & beyond what any other realtor would’ve done. I had already moved out of state and Susan did things like arrange for fresh mulch to be delivered and touch up chipped paint on the iron gate to give the house the most curb appeal. She was so conscientious and did everything she could to make the sale happen ASAP. I’ve worked with other Realtors prior to Susan and she is hands-down the BEST! If you hire Susan you will not be disappointed.
