Margaret is a total professional. She was more prepared at an initial interview than any realtor we have ever met. After 3 days house was sold at full price. Disaster struck covid 19 and closing cancelled by lender 3 days before closing. Margaret kept us calm as we already purchase new residence. We now had 2 mortages to deal with and a financial market in question. Margaret again went to work and had a new qualified buyer in 10 days. Sold and closed at full price. I would highly recommend Margaret to either sell or purchase your home. She worked with us from out of state until we found the home of our dreams. She has great knowledge of the local market and was able to schedule and attend all the inspections needed as well as get all the needed repairs completed inside the short window we had to relocate from state to state.
