Dusty recently helped us with the purchase of a new home and sale of our old one. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She is extremely knowledgeable and was great at making sure we really understood everything that would be happening. Her communication was amazing and she was always available, even on nights/weekends/vacation. Lastly, I really felt as if she had our best interest at heart. I knew that we could trust her completely, which is so important when buying/selling a home. I hope we don't move again anytime soon, but if we do, we will definitely be working with her again!

My family and I were moving back to Orlando after some time away, and we couldn't have bought the perfect house without Margaret's help. She went to every home we wanted to see and video-toured the place, and more, she provided valuable insight and was knowledgeable about the downtown and downtown-adjacent areas and builds within those areas. She provided a number of recommendations for services and repairs to get the home inspected and ready to be insured as well. She even stuck with us through a couple false starts without a hint of annoyance or displeasure. I can't recommend Margaret enough, and if, in the future, we're ever looking to buy again, there's no question in any of our minds who we're calling.

Margaret is such an amazing realtor. Her real estate knowledge and personalized customer service is above none. She walks you through every step of the process and as a nervous first time home buyer, this quality made the biggest difference in my purchasing experience. She follows up with everyone and gives you frequent updates. She makes you feel like you are the only client she is working with. She makes herself available for all your questions and returns calls and text messages in a timely manner. She follows up with you after the closing and doesn’t make you feel like once the home is closed, then the relationship is over lol. She would definitely be someone I recommend to all my friends and family and I would 100% use her services again should I decide to buy again or sell.

I didn’t know what to expect when starting on this home buying journey in this absolutely insane market, but I truly felt as if my hand was held the entire time. Debbie answered questions that I hadn’t even generated yet and was extremely responsive and quick to reply to the ones I had. Debbie is beyond thorough when relaying information and never at any point left me wondering about anything. "WOW, WOW, WOW... there is not another agent in the Orlando area that comes even close to Margaret. She is definitely an agent that went above and beyond for someone that she didn't know and was from out of town. Living in TN but with my daughter moving to Orlando, Margaret was recommended by a Keller Williams agent in TN. We were able to do everything by email and she coordinated with us on houses to see on the one day that I could fly in to view homes. We were able to see 10 houses in a day, make an offer, get an offer accepted and I flew back out the following day. She did everything for us in coordinating the inspections, being at the home to meet with them, making sure we were well represented, and keeping me in the loop about everything. When I move there in a few years to live close to my daughter, Margaret will be the only agent I will use. You just can't go wrong!!"
