Working with Wendy was an absolute delight. At the start of the process, I was nervous about selling my property. My husband had always handled our real estate transactions, so taking this step felt overwhelming. From our very first meeting, Wendy was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. We accepted an offer on April 6, and escrow closed on May 29. Wendy coordinated all the inspections and trades, and even pitched in to help with some of the work herself. She and her team were outstanding. Throughout the process, she kept me informed at every step and responded to my questions promptly and thoroughly. As we say goodbye to our "castle in the woods," we are happy to welcome a new family who will create their own memories there.
