•My wife and I have bought 1 home and sold two in the last two years after we got engaged. David has been a pleasure to work with and helped get us a fair but good deal each time.
I have used David to purchase three homes, sell two homes, and manage a rental property. I cannot recommend him enough! He is great at communication - with me, with the other agents, and with tenants. He is a people person, and it shows! He is also very knowledgeable about real estate. He knows what upgrades & fixes to do and what not to do to prepare to sell or rent a house. He has a good idea what is overpriced & what's underpriced, and how to negotiate. If you're looking for a realtor, definitely go with David! You can't find a more honest and hard-working man!
