•What a great experience. We needed to sell my mother's house after my father passed away. I looked up recommended Realtors on DaveRamsey.com and clicked on the top two for "Please contact me." My expectation was to get some callbacks in a few hours and get the ball rolling. But Kim called me in just under 2 minutes, got some basic details, and then had her husband, Tim, scheduled to meet us the next morning at the house for a walkthrough. Everything was promising and we gave the go ahead for the team to send us the paperwork. (Tim was *really* sweet and helpful, and so knowledgeable.) Immediately, the "Team" started a group chat so that I could ask any questions, even if it was just to keep them updated or ask for advice. I can't tell you how great and comforting this was. They emailed me a contract (for KimTim to list our house) to sign electronically, and we got the contract signed. I should mention that I live 2000 miles away from the property. The next month was spent cleaning the house, estate sale, and replacing some carpet and getting paperwork ready. When the house was ready, the KimTim Team scheduled the photographer. The day after the photographer came, KT team posted the listing. I was given links to see the property listing along with a virtual walkthrough. (That was SO COOL!!) I was also given a link to sign up for a "scheduling" app so that I could see whenever any realtors were scheduled to show the house. (Again, SO COOL!) The day after the showings began, we had an offer. Kim called to discuss. As soon as we got the contract signed, the team added an additional "closer" to the chat. Brett, aka, "the closer", helped walk us through all the additional negotiating, repairs and requests, and general walkthrough from contract to closing. The KimTim team has really set up a system with all the modern technology perks they could get their hands on. I can't even begin to thank them enough for helping us sell this house.
