We moved to the area from out of state and Jeff was happy to show us an incredible number of houses on our first trip to town even on one of the most beautiful late summer weather days I’ve seen. He gave us valuable and honest feedback to our questions, yet didn’t push us in any way. Definitely a no pressure approach. Ultimately, Jeff helped us achieve our 2 main goals: get into a specific school district and close on our new home before the school year began. It was no easy task because it was a pretty tight time frame and the house had to feel like a place we could call home.
