•I wanted to take a moment to share my experience selling our home in the event that you or someone you know may need the same type of support that we received. Words cannot begin to describe how much my family appreciates working with Kyle Madorin and his team (The Madorin Group). They made us feel like a part of their family and at the same time they exude the highest level of professionalism and expertise in the real estate industry that I have ever seen. This was not the first house that I have sold; I have actually worked with plenty of realtors and real estate teams and Kyle and his team far exceeded my expectations. Kyle was prompt and knowledgeable. He was always available and always punctual with updates or tasks that we needed to complete in order to expedite the process of selling our home. We had some surprise challenges that popped up during our journey to sell our house (none of which were Kyle’s or our fault). Kyle dealt with our challenges with dedicated time, research, knowledge and support. He worked day and night to find resolution to our challenges. I don’t think I will ever be able to thank Kyle and his team enough for all they did for my family to help us sell our house. I consider Kyle an incredible realtor and I feel like he is part of our family now too. I also have to take a moment to recognize his amazing wife. She staged our home so beautifully and I truly think that her talent and abilities also played a major factor in selling our home. I would highly recommend Kyle Madorin, his wife Shalea Madorin and the rest of their amazing team for any and all of your real estate needs
