I found David threw a recommendation from someone in my home town of Sarasota. From the moment I met David I knew he was the right guy to list my mothers home. He was very receptive to all my questions and super respectful. He also went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us move out a lot of the knick knacks staging items right before closing as my mother was an able to. Did I mention he also bought my children donuts at 10 pm one night? Just a great guy and a great agent. We had a down to the wire issue and he worked to get it resolved quickly with the buyers agent and really just went that extra mile. Thank you David!
