So lucky to have met Debbie - 2 offers in 7 days, over asking!

Debbie is thoughtful, calculating and has amazing contacts. Our own children trashed our rental. Being out of town "landlords" we didn't realize how bad it had got. Debbie connected us with a handyman that did amazing work. She communicated with us through the changes, sent pictures etc. The market was slow and she prepared us for that. We felt her number was fair. Before she contacted with us on the offers, Debbie did her homework and verified the buyers etc. We had one offer in 48 hours but she explained the Pros and Cons and we decided to pass.
