Not only is Curtis a great friend of ours but he is also like a father figure to us as well! The Grimes family has been apart of my life for over 10 years now so it was an honor to have Curtis and his team be able to help my family purchase our first home! I used Ken to buy and sell my house in the UCF area and he constantly went above and beyond to do everything he could to ensure that the process would go as smoothly as possible. He has more knowledge of the whole process than any realtor that I have spoken to and he has connections all around the area for any jobs that you may need done when selling your property and is always easy to get in touch with even outside of business hours. 10/10 would recommend him to anybody looking to sell their home or buy a new one.
