Curtis Grimes is definitely "The MAN". Curtis was a referral from a contact in New York and from the day we spoke, I knew I was in good hands. Curtis made shopping for my new home an easy process. He educated me on what I needed to know when buying a property in Florida. Curtis set up a profile for me and it helped me shop for homes in the area I was interested in. The moment I found a home I was interested in, Curtis was there to schedule the appointment and get me all the details of the home. Since I live in NY, I was not able to physically see the properties but Curtis did a video chat and walked me around the homes. It was like I was right there with him. The few times I was frustrated, Curtis put me at ease and always told me I will find the right home. Well he was right. I found the home and Curtis set me up with the mortgage company. Curtis was there through the entire mortgage process. He worked with the sellers realtor, the home inspector and the mortgage company to ensure things ran smoothly. Curtis was my real estate angel. Sandee is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I needed to sell my home and purchase a new home. My decisions in buying my new home were guided by Sandee.
