Curtis is an excellent and dedicated realtor but more than that. He’s a great person. My situation was a rough one and my first time buying a house on my own. Curtis‘s guidance, advice and friendship meant the world to me in a situation where I really didn’t know what was going on. To know Jeff and Sophia is to have complete love for them! Not only was I privy to the most knowledgeable team in the Lake Nona area and they are very well rounded in market analysis, my experience was way more than just another house sold. Jeff and Sophia are phenomenal and very hands on. They were available for more than just a showings but running to my house to attend to any request, whether it was adding a time for the sprinklers to ensure the new grass that was placed thrived or Sophia coming to my rescue on staging/picture day to help dry dishes I had washed at the last minute! Most of all I loved the fact that God was/is the center of everything they do! My home had previously been listed twice, my only regret was that I didn’t seek out the Dream Team sooner, 54 days on the market!
