Jessica was very knowledgeable about the market and was very responsive to our concerns. She was very professional, made us feel like our house was special and was always ready to show it to an interested buyer regardless of how inconvenient it was to her. ( Her office was a distance away and the traffic was not always kind). She calmed us down when we got a little anxious about the house not moving fast enough and gave us good advice when we had questions. Jessica has been our realtor for close to 4 years now. She helped us through our first and second home purchases and once we hit the 2 yr mark here, I’m sure I’ll be ready for the 3rd 😂 One thing about Jess is she’s gonna get it done. Both times we sold/closed within 30 days. She also partners with Rick Cason from Mortgage Firm who’s just a male version of Jessica. They’re reliable, know their stuff and will never not answer your phone calls/text. It’s like you’re hiring a realtor but you get a bonus rich mom & dad who will give you all the support and game you need to make your best moves. Honestly can’t wait to start shopping again! She answers all of my anxiety-ridden late hour texts and calls me to talk things through when I’m questioning my whole life. Jessica made my experience buying a home in Florida smooth and enjoyable. From the initial meetings with her on a house search trip (coming from California), to being helpful with follow up after our move, Jessica is one of the most professional and connected realtors in the area. Finding a house can be discouraging in this market when there was so much competition and sellers have the upper hand. Jessica helped us to not settle with any house after being discouraged with being outbid or finding many houses that were overpriced. Even though we couldn't find the right house during our 2 house search trips, we continued with virtual showings with Jessica and found the perfect house. Jessica always encouraged to find the house that will really make us happy, and we did. Once we found the dream house, Jessica helped us make a competitive bid. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants, neighborhoods, and other areas to check out as newcomers to the state. And with my parents moving to the Tampa area, she helped them get connected to a realtor in that area. Jessica is a wealth of knowledge in all areas of home buying, the market, and the kinds of contractors we'd need to contact when doing updates to the house.
