As first time home buyer Jessica and her team was AMAZING to say the least. The provided us with a slideshow and broke down all the steps that we would have to go through and estimates on how much the inspection, appraisal,etc would cost. This helped so much to see the numbers separated instead of as a whole lump sum and got rid of a lot of worries. With the sale of my property I was fully informed as to what is involved with the transaction pertaining to the selling of my properties. All documents was provided to me for the sale with a breakdown of my costs. Updates was continually provided . My concerns were addressed. All questions were answered. There was an issue with the selling of the property and the realty was proactive in assisting with resolving it.
