Excellent experience buying my first home
Can’t say enough at what a great job Jessica and team did in making buying my first home a quick and easy process! She was very informative and came prepared to show us each listing. She was also very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Jessica is obviously very passionate about what she does, and goes above and beyond in helping others. She even connected us with someone that helped furnish our whole home. We were very pleased with our experience and couldn’t recommend her enough!

Good experience for first time buyers
Jessica was organized and knowledgable throughout the whole home buying process. She showed up prepared for each house and provided valuable knowledge on each neighborhood. As first time home buyers, we weren't sure exactly what we were looking for but she showed us a variety of places and kept organized notes on what our preferences were. The OneHome portal she uses was very helpful and allowed us to do research on our own as well, once we got a better idea of what we were looking for. During the offer and buying process, she had plenty of good recommendations for inspectors and contractors, which allowed us to make the best decision on a home in the end. Months after purchasing the house, we had an issue with the septic system, and she was quick to assist us in correcting a home warranty paperwork mistake that allowed us to receive quick service. All in all, we were very satisfied with Jessica as an agent and would definitely recommend her to others.

Great professional service
We made 4 transactions with Jessica (buy/sell) and she was always very professional with us. She helped us taking care of different situations that appeared during the transactions and that is really valuable for us since we live abroad. They follow the transaction in a very detailed way and Jessica and her team kept us informed in every step of each transaction. She also helped us introducing us with contractors every time we need to solve any problem. Jessica has been fantastic and we recommend her for any transaction you need to do.

Super team
Pamela and Francisco are a super team. We came to them with lots of questions and hesitation, they sat with us time after time, answered all of our questions and generated a plan. Every phone call or viewing was always so pleasant, Pamela is wonderful at making herself available and always on top of everything. There was no guessing it all worked so smoothly thanks to them. I would recommend them to all my family and friends since they are so caring and professional.

Hard work that pays off!!
Jeff and Sophia were amazing during the experience of selling our first home! Clear communication, organized detailed instructions in how to prepare to go on the market and always considerate during showings and open house!
