•We first contacted Michael in the Spring of 2022 as we were moving to NC in the summer and were hoping to purchase a home. Due to time constraints and COVID precautions, Michael went out of his way to give us virtual tours of several homes. We really appreciated how upfront he was as well as his familiarity with the different neighborhoods and communities. Unfortunately we weren't able to find a house we loved at that time, but fast-forward a few months later after moving to the area, we found a great home being sold by the homeowner that we fell in love with. After reaching out to Michael, he immediately began work securing various inspection appointments and also visited the home himself. In a time frame of just a couple days, he helped us put together an offer that was well below asking and ultimately accepted. It was the smoothest and most efficient purchase we could've asked for and we're so grateful to have had Michael to guide us through first-time homeownership!
