•In making the decision to relocate back to Ohio, after having left many years ago, I reached out to Kim due to a referral from a friend. Kim and her team took on the challenges of a quick timeline, the distance of relocation involved, and an admittedly long list of preferences on my part to get me in my new home with ease. From doing a lot of the leg work as I was out of state to arranging a significant number of showings that worked within the limited amount of time I had to be in the area on the weekends. It was all handled with ease and worked perfectly within all of the time constraints I was facing. Kim even went to bat and knocked it out of the park when my loan officer had some data wrong that required correction and explanation regarding what was needed to fix the issue. She helped it all align and I was able to close exactly on my original chosen date. Many thanks to Kim for all the work she did to get me in my new home exactly as I had hoped. Location, preferences of home type, timeline I needed to close in, assistance working through the entire process, all of those challenges she met with perfection. Would absolutely recommend her and her team for anyone needing a real estate agent in this area.
