We just sold our home in Poughkeepsie, and I am not exaggerating when I say we couldn't do it without Jose. We are out of town sellers that live all the way in Virginia and Jose went above and beyond to ensure this sale happened without us being too stressed from being out of state and unable to respond to problems immediately. I'm talking about going on our behalf to the county to dealing with contractors, you would have sworn it was his house he was trying to sell! There is really nothing I would change, we went through a lot of trouble from step a to z with selling this house, and where most realtors may have quit he stuck with us and carried us to closing. If you need a realtor I would 100% go with him!

I usually do not write reviews, however, it’s very important to put it out there that if someone needs an individual to help in answering any questions, concerns, especially for a first time home buyer’s, and that has patience through the process, advocates, as well as, having respect Jose is the absolute individual to go to.
