•Annalise made a complicated situation much easier. I bought a house in Sonoma County, and she represented me as the buyer. I genuinely got the feeling that she wanted me to find the right house for me, not just ‘a house, any house’ – which speaks to her professionalism. This purchase was an intense, time-sensitive situation, with competitive bidding, and some substantial house problems to deal with. She is calm, always pleasant, and very prompt in responding to the sellers’ requests of me, and my requests of the seller. Everything she told me – she backed up with facts. I consider her highly reliable and responsible. This purchase occurred right in the middle of the fires, (Oct 2017) so there were some emotional strains on her and the sellers- which she handled very professionally and admirably. I happily recommend her, and hope to work with her again
