Jake Wardrip was born and raised in Louisville, KY. Most recently, he moved to Mt. Washington about 5 years ago with his wife – Crystal, daughter – Ashlyn, son – Knox & two dogs – Rocky & Apollo. Jake finished his undergraduate studies at Spalding University while playing collegiate baseball there, graduating in 2011. Later finishing his graduate studies, at Spalding as well, with a Master’s in Business Communication. After college, Jake began his professional career working for Louisville Athletic Club. After three years of sale, Jake opened his own location and ran it for four years before finding his true passion, real estate. In 2018, Jake left Louisville Athletic Club and began working in the development office at Norton Commons managing the Homeowners Association and assisting in the day to day of a 1500+ home, 80+ business, 600-acre mixed use, growing community. Jake attained his Real Estate License in 2020 and as of August 2022, he is now a full time Realtor, Investor, Business Owner & Entrepreneur.
