Andre was recommended to me from another realtor. I trade real estate often so I was hesitant to use a new professional for a significant sale. Andre was responsive out of the gate. He met me on my schedule and gained my trust immediately with his competence and professionalism. He brought us potential buyers within two weeks of listing and we had an accepted offer during the most difficult selling season, the holidays. I was not in the area after preparing the house to stage and he was always at the ready to do whatever errands/tasks arose and completed them promptly. He went above and beyond what other realtors I have worked with have provided and was not afraid to earn his commission. In addition, he is delightful and has a great sense of humor.
