Juan is an expert realtor who brings to the table an extensive background, knowledge and understanding of the field. He is patient, no matter our requests, and always brought to the table feasible options that made owning a home seem more and more attainable. He is always looking into ways to give us the best possible deal and put us in a home that would meet our every need. We cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us, thank you Juan and welcome to the family!

As first time homebuyers we were nervous about the whole process but Juan did an incredible job walking us through it! Not only did he find us our dream home after only two showings but he worked in our best interest every step of the way. We found our home, were under contract and at the closing table all within a month thanks to Juan! He has all the qualities you want in a realtor; attentive, efficient, honest and has years of knowledge and experience. Thank you Juan we are forever grateful!

I was a pretty indecisive first time home buyer this summer and Juan took the time to find out what I was really looking for, did not waste my time sending me listings I wasn’t interested in, and encouraged me even after a few of my offers were outbid. Juan was always responsive and worked around my schedule, he even showed a couple of houses to me via video chat as I was traveling! Last but not least, Juan surrounds himself with a great network of people and those who he contracted or recommended (inspector, lender, plumber, etc.) were professional and it was apparent that they have the buyer’s best interests in mind. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed working with Juan. He's very dedicated to his clients and works hard to to make the selling process as simple as possible. Our home sold quickly at our asking price, we were thrilled! Definitely recommend!

Juan goes above and beyond for his clients and has done a great job on multiple houses that he has listed for me!

Juan is great and easy to work with. We got an offer within a few days and were pleased with the amount.

Juan did an excellent job selling our house. He was very professional, timely and available when we needed him. I would recommend him to anyone.

Wendy is not only an incredible realtor, but an incredible person. She made our home buying experience in Denver so wonderful. As soon as we were connected, she committed herself to working very hard for us. She found us a beautiful home in a great neighborhood, and we wouldn't have even looked at the home without her encouragement.Additionally, we purchased our home while still living out of state, and Wendy went above and beyond to make sure our home was delivered to us in perfect condition. She also took extra steps to make sure our home was secure while we were moving, since we closed several weeks before we made our cross-country move. These are only a few of the things Wendy did to make this home purchase and transition pleasant for us, and we would HIGHLY recommend her as a realtor.

Even though two other agents said they would get back to me when I required about a property, they never did, Wendy called me and was able to get us showings within the quick time frame we were asking for. She was pleasant to work with, and we never felt pressured. Wendy was quick to respond to questions and to give us the information we needed to make this a very easy purchase. We appreciate how comfortable she made us feel.

Wendy was such a great realtor, she knew what we wanted before we did. My husband and I thought we knew the area in, that was not the case. Even though it was outside of the area we wanted to look, she showed us two beautiful homes just on the edge of our limit. The first one went under contract just before we went to see it, the second one we knew we had to move quick so we put in an offer. This was our first home buying experience and she made it super easy. She walked us through the whole process. She is very easy to reach and was patient with us the entire way. Furthermore, I felt that she always had our best interests at heart. We will absolutely use her to purchase our next home, and have been actively recommending her to our friend groups.
