I was a pretty indecisive first time home buyer this summer and Juan took the time to find out what I was really looking for, did not waste my time sending me listings I wasn’t interested in, and encouraged me even after a few of my offers were outbid. Juan was always responsive and worked around my schedule, he even showed a couple of houses to me via video chat as I was traveling! Last but not least, Juan surrounds himself with a great network of people and those who he contracted or recommended (inspector, lender, plumber, etc.) were professional and it was apparent that they have the buyer’s best interests in mind. Would recommend!
