Our experience with Karen was outstanding. She was super communicative and always inspired trust and honesty. She demonstrated that she was very knowledgeable of the Tampa market. From day one she treated us as family and made us feel comfortable with the searching process every step of the way. She invested extra time in making sure that the house that we selected had all the requirements and conditions that we where looking for. Thanks to her experience and genuine concern in making us feel comfortable throughout the process, our closing was smooth, all documents were explained clearly and easy to complete and sign. I think it is also important to note that we were making the purchase without ever seeing the house in person. We saw the home for the first time on our closing date, and it is exactly what we expected. Karen was very detailed and took the extra time to share video's of the home to ensure we knew exactly what we were getting. We are more than happy with our new home and know this would not have been possible without Karen.
