•It was a blessing and an honor that Kim served us in TWO home sales and purchases! Both instances Kim shined through with her thorough research and knowledge of where we lived. Kim sat down with us on several occasions to fully listen and understand our family wants & needs, especially our desire for a new home location that we dreamed for. We felt personal ownership from Kim as she communicated her commitments to serve us in every step of the process. Kim made herself accessible to us and worked within our busy family schedule to personally meet with us. Her wealth of experience, real estate knowledge, and her professionalism made the entire selling and buying process smoother than we ever expected. I especially appreciated her attention to details when it came time to making and accepting offers. Kim is supported by an excellent team of professionals that stepped in at the beginning and at Closing. It was so nice to not have to drive across town to do a Closing. I cannot say enough about the wonderful and meaningful experiences we have had with Kim. She has a gift from above for really listening well. We, including my girls, are blessed by Kim and how she served us so faithfully and unselfishly. If there is a third house in the future, I will call Kim.
