•CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH!! Alice was FABULOUS and truly lifesaving. She had amazing knowledge of the local areas, prices and quality of the houses we looked at. She was wonderfully detail oriented and quite literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars because our mortgage company was so inept and unhelpful. I've purchased a home before this and I hope I can keep using her for every house in the future. She picked up a lot of the slack for the terrible experience with the mortgage company, their unprofessionalism and truly went above and beyond to gets us to the finish line. Very responsive to emails/texts and did a great job hearing what was important to us and helping guide us to the right home at the right price.
My wife and I recently had the incredible fortune of having Alice act as our real estate agent during our home purchase. We are both active duty military. My wife is currently working out of state and had to do everything remotely, and in the middle of the purchase I also had a work trip that took me out of the country for two weeks. In addition to that we experienced some challenges with our loan approval due to less than ideal customer service from our lender, including erroneous paperwork and unusual last minute requirements that were sent to my wife and I at all times of day and night, without explanation, for weeks on end. Alice was a rock through all of it. Not only could both my wife and I reach out and get immediate responses, but she was usually ahead of both of us. Issues in the documents were getting handled by her and her agency before I had even seen them. She had answers to every question I could come up with. She was flexible with my miserable schedule, generously making time to meet with me on weekends and for later walkthroughs on week days. More important than any of those accolades though, my wife and I quickly realized that we could trust Alice. I'm sure that we are not the only ones who were nervous about the house buying process. Her willingness to give a frank opinion ("this is a good neighborhood" or "this repair is poor quality") was greatly appreciated. And when our lender provided a document that had tens of thousands of dollars of error in our cost to close, we were able to go to her without any detail other than asking for help - and before we knew it everything was taken care of. I have plenty more examples. She is exceptionally competent and I cannot be more grateful that she was who guided our house buying experience. She has my intense recommendation for anyone buying a house, as I can't imagine doing it without her.
