•My decision to move to Idaho was very spontaneous, and I wanted to complete the move within four months. This included selling my house in California and finding a new home in Eagle. It was important to me to make the move before winter. From the time we first discussed my needs to the close of escrow, Michelle was 100% onboard! While I was busy finding a buyer for my house in California, she was diligently working to find suitable homes in the areas I selected. She helped me navigate the For-Sale-by-Owner process after I found a buyer and suggested I reach out to a local title company instead of going down the path I was headed. That little bit of advice saved me a huge amount of time, effort, and money, and I am so grateful she pointed me in that direction. When I settled on the home I wanted to purchase, Michelle helped coordinate all the events that enabled me to close on my preferred timeline, working with everyone from the builder of my new home, the lender of the buyer of my old home, and both title companies. Everything moved incredibly fast! I am happy to say that the process is now 100% complete, and I will be moving into my new home in Eagle this weekend! Thank you, Michelle, for all your hard work and for seeing this through to my happy ending!
