She at times shares her opinion on things that we may not have thought of in helping us make a decision. We valued her opinions and she would help my wife through the roller coaster ride you experience emotionally when someone buys the house you wanted. She has the attitude that she will find you the house you want. She works very hard and I would have no problem recommending her to anyone. From the first contact concerning purchase and all of the way through the closing and after, she went above and beyond all that is needed for a REAL estate agent to do! It went through perfectly. From the initial offer and through the negotiations, Cherie was there to help in every way! I never had a problem with any questions I had, with scheduling or being kept in the loop with clear and concise communications. From beginning to end, this is the best experience I've ever had for a home purchase!

Cherie came highly recommended by a good friend of mine, and I can say having her on my team is one of the best decisions I have ever made! Cherie was wonderful throughout the entire process. As a first-time homebuyer I had a LOT of questions, which she answered thoroughly, patiently, and in terms I could understand. Anything she couldn't answer, she had a team of reliable professionals to reach out to so that she could get me an answer. She always responded to phone calls and emails in a timely fashion, worked crazy hours so that I could close on my house within a month's timeframe, and maintained one of the cheeriest, positive attitudes the entire time! Cherie was a joy to work with, and I would recommend her to friends and family alike. I will definitely be using her in the future if I ever move again. Rating: 10/10 !
