Excellent communicator with a genuine care for both parties (buyer and seller)

Madison was phenomenal in assisting me with the sale of my home in Florida. While she was not my agent and in fact represented the buyers, because I sold via a non-traditional route, she never hesitated to act as a bridge between the buyers and I! Her communication was lightning fast and you could tell how committed she was to ensuring the deal went as fair and smooth for both parties as possible!
