My wife and I were lucky to find Spencer as our real estate agent. We wanted to buy a new construction home. Buying our second home in Florida, we quickly realize that we were ignorant of a lot of thing, starting from market location, builders evaluation, financing, home inspection, and so on. My first home buying was done via in house financing and a different state. So Buying a new construction house in Florida was a totally different ball game. As a full time Medical Director physician, there is never enough time to work and dedicated to my family, even less to spend going through house constructions purchasing processes. Kara was a pleasure to work with. I had been looking for the "perfect house" for about a year and a half, and her expertise and determination to hang in there with me was above and beyond what I thought real estate agents would take time to do. She was an expert negotiator when the time came for it and was very thorough and explained everything and walked me through the whole process.
