Phil's professionalism is what drew us to him in the first place. His knowledge of the real estate market, and his ability to explain it, was very helpful as we navigated the sale of mom's house. Phil, essentially, was dealing with 4 sellers - me, my 2 sisters and our brother. Needless to say, the sale of our childhood home was filled with many different emotions. We asked Phil, several times, if we could schedule a group phone call to ask him questions or for him to clarify something. Phil readily agreed and was more than happy to go over things - even if it was something that he had already gone over. He fielded many emails, texts and phone calls from each of us, individually. His response time for any sort of communication, was pretty much immediate - and, certainly, within several hours if he happened to be showing a house, holding an open house or closing on another property. I remember calling Phil, on a Sunday, several weeks before Christmas. As usual, he answered right away and asked if he could call me back in a couple of minutes. When he called back, he explained that he and his family were just getting started making Christmas cookies and he needed to get to a quieter spot so we could hear each other! That interaction is a perfect descriptor of Phil - at home on a weekend, involved in something important to him/his family, yet took time out of that, to answer my call. Phil - professional, patient and dedicated, with a sense of family, that came across in the way he handled our listing. We could not have chosen a better person! Thanks, Phil!
