I have been following Maria’s career journey on social media for years and I always knew that when we were ready to house hunt I was going to be reaching out to her, I knew people who worked with her but being a first time home buyer I wasn’t sure what to expect. I reached out to María towards the end of January and she immediately responded she provided me with her lenders information in order for us to start the process as soon as possible specially in this market. Once we received our pre-approval we started looking at homes I always just went on the general sites like Zillow and Realtor.com then she introduced us to the Compass portal and it was just amazing super easy to view homes, and if we saw something we added Maria to it and she would respond immediately with information about the property and would ask us for our availability to view the homes, our schedules were a little hectic because we have a newborn but she worked with us always being available to call or text morning or evenings. Maria not only made this otherwise intimidating process go super smoothly she also takes the time to answer any questions you might have, as first time home buyers we had a LOT of questions and Maria not only answered them but she educated us as well which was amazing! Maria helped us find our first home the whole process was smooth, organized, and quick I could recommend Maria to anyone her work ethic and knowledge of the market is unlike any others if I had to rate my experience it would be 100/10 she is incredible can’t wait to work together again for our next home!
