•Nancy is extremely knowledgeable about the Monroe area: neighborhoods, professionals, etc. It seems like she knows everyone! This was great for us, not having been in Monroe long, because she gave us very good guidance for choosing a good location, home inspector, and countless other things involved with house hunting. She and her teammate, Carmen McNew, answered all our first-time home buyer questions, and didn’t make us feel pressured at all throughout the house hunt. They alerted us to a particular house immediately after it went on the market because they knew we'd love it, and got us out to see it early enough to put in an offer (that's hard to do in the current market), then helped us successfully negotiate for it. We are very grateful to have worked with Nancy and Carmen!
