•I would strongly recommend Mrs. Caroline Scott! She is very good at what she does. She was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed whatsoever. In the very beginning she was very professional and had a lot of advice to maximize the value of selling my home. She uses a professional photographer which helps portray your home as it should be seen. Once my home was listed, there were many hiccups in which she was very helpful in smoothing out. To make a long story short, there were multiple offers that kept falling through, but Caroline did her best in ensuring that the house was re-listed in tip top shape. In the end, I was very satisfied on the value of my home when it was sold. Caroline did an amazing job and she is very prompt with all forms of communication. If you need an agent in the Ouachita area, look no further.
