•Kathy was professional and very pleasant to work with. Truth be told, I met Kathy when she helped my mother, a stranger to Kathy when she couldn’t reach me. Giving her a ride when she needed it, and even paying for her meal. I always knew I’d reach out when I was ready to buy my first house, but what sealed the deal is when a lender I’d spoken to years later said “you want to find yourself an agent who you’d trust to take care of your mom”. When it came down to the house I landed on, Kathy found a reputable lender, contractor, and made very helpful negotiations on my behalf. I would recommend Kathy to anyone I know who’s buying a house because she knew all of the things I’d need to address when I didn’t and I already had the utmost trust in her dedication to my finding a first home.
