Selling a home is so stressful! People recommended we sell it ourselves, haha. That wasn’t working out so great, as we had no real clue what all it entailed. Bert has helped us secure several properties in competitive markets. He was able to advise us to get accepted our offers where other buyers were competing. In general, I do not see the value of realtors and find the whole idea of using realtors expensive and cumbersome. Bert has changed my opinion! He has proven his worth over and over again.
