Nichole is responsive and knowledgeable about the market. She helped me sell my house over the summer. She has been my realtor through the last two homes I have owned and sold. I will use her again when I decide to buy again. She is professional when communicating and she negotiated a great price for the house to sell fast, which is what I wanted. She is an absolute delight to work with.

Kris Klusman is an awesome agent. There was no time we called him that he did not pick up the phone. He worked hard to sell our house and we were extremely satisfied with the outcome. Kris and his team never wavered, and his insight and recommendations came true. You won't be disappointed.

We worked with Stan on a property transaction in 2023 and were impressed by the level of service and care we have received. Stan provides a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service. He will listen to your needs and will not push you around like many brokers do. If you want to work with someone who will give you a mental space to think through your important real estate sale or purchase, will take his time to address all your questions about the property, and will deliver on every promise he made - Stan is your guy. I highly recommend Mr. Olson's services for your real estate needs. Thank you, Stan!
