Finally Sold!
We have worked with John for more than 10 years, he was the rental agent for our property and then the seller's agent for same property. Due to market changes and the co-op boards strict requirements it took longer than we expected to sell. John helped us navigate through the challenges that we faced. He invested a lot of time and energy in finding a buyer for us, and he also recommended a lawyer and contractor that we also used. Overall we know that he was instrumental in getting our property sold.
