•John did a wonderful job selling my townhouse. The townhouse had been a rental and since I live out of state, he coordinated with his contractor to do all the repairs and updates, saving me expensive flights out to the townhouse. He recommended just the right amount of repairs that would bring a top dollar sale but advised me to avoid updates that would not change the sale price. John is very professional and did a great job estimating the market price for my townhouse. The place sold quickly without any issues at all. He is a perfect communicator, providing timely updates during the progress of getting ready for the sale, and giving advice on the offers that came in. He has many years of experience, which help to appropriately set the sale price and bring confidence not to accept the first low offer that comes in.
