•Nicole came over to the house as soon as it was vacated and gave me good solid advice on what needed to be done. She then researched the area and showed me what similar houses were going for in the same condition as mine. She wrote a great synopsis of the house and the pictures taken were extremely professional and highlighted the different areas of the house and pool. Along the way she made her herself available for questions and did three way calls with me and my sister to ask questions on weekends and sometimes late in the evening. Closing day was smooth and seamless without any surprises!! We could not of asked for a better agent and will use her again when needed.
