β’We were referred to Iris by our realtor in Tenn. where we had just sold our house so we knew we were in good hands in finding a place in Myrtle Beach, a place we knew nothing about, in terms of areas to buy a house. So we started riding around with Iris looking at houses, plantations, waterfronts, everywhere. She knows the area very well. We felt very comfortable right off the bat with Iris. We looked forward to our trips here with her. Phone calls and texts were immediately answered and to this day, a month after buying a house I still text her with questions and she has always been there for us. Iris is full of energy, upbeat, easy to talk to and really wants to help you make hard decisions. At one point the stress was too much and I started tearing up so she gave me a big hug and told me everything was OK. Really needed that. Both my husband and I feel Iris is more of a friend than a realtor. Would definitely recommend her to help you buy or sell your house.
