She really helped us not just find the home, but made the whole process a lot less stressful: - She was really clear about expectations / timelines / etc - She explained things really well. We're new to owning a home and didn't know much about the process but she patiently answered all of our questions and in ways that made sense to us - She was very responsive - even if she needed time to look into and confirm something, she would reply to let us know so we weren't ever left hanging - When we looked at houses, she gave us good insight into things, and even pointed out some things that we hadn't noticed. This made us feel like we had someone on our side, not just performing a transaction - She never pressured us to take a deal / make an offer that we weren't ready for. When we were ready, she helped suggest some offer strategies that would still let us do things like inspections, etc that are sometimes forgone in this market. - Once she had a feel for what she wanted (price range, style, key features), she was able to narrow down houses to that and also kept those things in mind as we reviewed houses. - After we had the offer accepted, she kept us in the loop and "held our hand" through the rest of the process all the way, and even with a few things after the closing. Basically - it was above and beyond the basics of helping with the transaction - she gave us peace of mind throughout what can be a hectic process. Jerry went so far above and beyond for us. We were out of town and he did a walk through via video so we wouldn't miss the opportunity since houses were selling so quickly! He was able to pull the deal off quickly and effortlessly. I would definitely use him and his team again!

He came prepared with an impressive packet showing what he could do for us and with the comparisons of other houses that sold in our area. At no time even with a favorable selling market do he lead us to believe we could sell our house for a sky high listing price. His packet showed us where and when our listing would show. His office also provided us with showing person who helped us to give our house the best presence for potential buyers. Jerry was always available to answer questions and give us updates from listing thru closing. Jerry gained out trust on the first visit and he did not disappoint thru the entire process.
