With her knowledge and experience, she was able to guide us throughout the whole process, and was outstanding at helping us remain calm with all of the obstacles we would occur in our path. She is great at communicating with her clients, and keeping you updated every step of the way. She is extremely responsive and is a phone call or text away no matter the day or time. She was able to help us all the way from listing our house, to buying our home. She has tons of connections and good relations with other realtors and great contractors. We encountered issues with contractors we had chosen, who simply failed to preform their jobs, but Carol was ready with a calm voice and a solution to our problems. Carol was able to get us our forever home that checked all the boxes we had, and there was a lot. We cannot stop recommending her to our friends, family and anyone willing to listen. She was truly a life saver in a stressful time. Made it seem effortless and like any other day in the office, when we know there was plenty of hiccups.

I originally started looking to move over 5 years ago. Even though I was “looking” I really wasn’t ready to move but knew I eventually wanted to. Aaron was great at setting up a search which kept me in the loop with all the homes for sale that fit my criteria. He would periodically check in with us in a friendly and inviting way. He was available and helpful with home showings in a timely manner. When it finally came to a house my family was interested in pursuing he walked us through all the steps of buying a home. He was knowledgeable about negotiations and what would align with our wishes. There is more to buying a home then I realized, and Aaron was super awesome in taking the time with me and reviewing steps to ensure the house is in good condition for us to buy. He was always available when we needed him. We never had to wait to get back information we needed with buying this home. I would bounce suggestions and thoughts off with him and I felt validated with everything I said. Even maybe when I suggested something far fetched [always trying to get a good deal :)] he never made me feel silly for asking. He was great! Him and his team were great!

Ron went above and beyond to make this sale happen, which included great communicating with interested parties during a holiday weekend! This sale was completed from beginning to end in one short week. I really appreciated his ambitious professionalism! I was treated so well with Ron from beginning to end and was surprised with a thoughful gift in the end. I was comfortable asking Ron any and all questions.
